When this was initially rushed to release earlier this year, I was terrified that my lack of hearing high frequencies might end up cause bleeding ears for listeners with proper hearing. As such, I ramped down the high-end frequencies which I can't hear anymore, and did so to a fault.
With a recent acquisition of Reaper, I set out to remix some tracks in an effort to learn this new DAW and to fix the frequency curve. I also utilized a method for matching the frequency curve of reference track, using a major label artist's recording (the song name of which I abbreviated as the subtitle). This should in theory eliminate or lessen the chances that those high frequencies will not be out of control.
